High season is May to September and Low season is March, April, October & November.

Prices are for Bed & Breakfast, per room, per night and include VAT at 17.5%

* These rooms can accommodate a third person on a futon mattress at a cost of £10 per night

Children 12 and under (not on futon) - £5 reduction on room rate per child per night.

Single occupation of a double/twin - £5 reduction per night.

Dogs taken by arrangement £2 per night.

Deposit
Minimum deposit of one night's accommodation per week booked. The balance is payable at the end of your stay with us. We now accept debit/credit cards.  Please note the deposit is non-refundable. 
 
Cancellation           
We strongly recommend holiday insurance – please ask us for a brochure of the local travel insurance service.  This is particularly important should you be prevented from travelling for any reason, including delayed travel to or from the islands due to adverse weather!  If you need to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation.  However, if this is not possible you will still be liable to pay two-thirds of the remaining cost of the booking.
